Would you like to feature your book on The Family Reader blog?

I work with publishers, publicists and authors to promote the latest and greatest books that have been released or are set to release in coming weeks.

I have many different interests, and if you take a look at the blog, you will see the large variety of family friendly books I've reviewed.

A Little About Me...
I have three children and one step-daughter. My son was born in Summer 2003 and is a very active, happy, and extremely talkative! He is a wonderful big brother to his two younger sisters who happen to be fraternal twins. They are five years younger than he is, having been born in the Summer of 2008. My two girls are healthy, active and very happy. Our family comes complete with a teen, my step-daughter, who is set to graduate high school in 2010. Yes, we are a very active and very diverse family!

Since I am a MOM (Mother Of Multiples), I am a member of our local mothers of multiples club. I just recently took a seat on the board as the membership chair. I am also the organization's WebMOM. For those interested in submitting books benefiting mothers of multiples (twins, triples, quads, etc.), we can work together to not only feature your book and/or review on The Family Reader, but also on my oganization's website, http://www.HAMOM.org.

Book Reviews
In order for me to write the review, I need my own dedicated copy of the book. Please allow enough time for me to read the book and write the review. A couple of weeks (at most, in most cases) should be sufficient enough time.

When a review is written, it is sent to you for review before it is published on the blog. If the book is listed at Amazon.com, I will link the book to the purchase page at Amazon.

A modified version of the review may also be submitted to Amazon.com as a customer review under my personal account that also doubles as my Amazon.com associates account. I modify the review so that my site content doesn't duplicate content from this site. You may click here to view my profile at Amazon.com. Just make sure to ask for the review to be submitted to Amazon.com, because I will not automatically do this in most cases.

Book Excerpts
I am more than happy to accept most book excerpts as a feature on The Family Reader. As long as the book is family friendly, it will probably be accepted. Excerpts can be posted fairly quickly. I can also post an excerpt in addition to a review.

When Posting to the Blog...
When I post excerpts and reviews on my blog, I use labels to categorize my blog posts. If I am having a hard time coming up with labels, I will visit the book's Amazon listing and view the tags used and sumbitted by Amazon users. If you have your own suggestions, please make them known and I will be sure to consider them.
